This article is about resolving a connection issues to Catch


  • CatchFeeder requires a connection to your Catch selling account on the Catch marketplace to update products, inventory and orders
  •  To check the connection between CatchFeeder and Catch, go to 'Settings - Catch - General'. Click 'Check Connection'. 
  • If you get a failure notice or alert or you can see you are not connected to Catch click 'Authorise Now' to reauth your Connection.  This will prompt a login to Mirakl which will reconnect us to your Account.
  • Once you are connected you will see your Shop ID
