How it works
- Connect your ecommerce store to Woolworths MarketPlus - install the app/extension or connect via an API depending on your ecommerce store
- The App Imports all your active products
- Woolworths MarketPlus creates listings on the Woolworths MarketPlus Marketplace and keeps them up to date. Products and inventory across the marketplace and your ecommerce store remain updated and in sync.
- Orders are sent back to your ecommerce store for fulfilment.
Other Key Features to Support Selling on Woolworths MarketPlus
- Choose which products you want to sell on and sell them in the right categories using the Choose a Category feature
- Block products by keyword, category or brand etc
- Use your existing fulfilment process; orders are sent back to your ecommerce store
- Set up a stock buffer to prevent overselling
- Use the app to change products for the marketplace without changing them in your ecommerce store. You can change price, description, product title

Support for Woolworths Marketplus
- Woolworths Marketplus has been jointly developed by the team at Woolworths Marketplus and Omnivore. Omnivore provide ongoing development and maintenance of the app, the team at have access to it to support our Customers. We work together on enhancements to make sure its up to date with changes on the marketplace.
- When you set up Woolworths Marketplus you will work closely with an Integration Manager, once set up you have an Account Manager who will help with promotions, approving new listings and ensuring your success.
- If you require Technical support,, for example, my products are not listing/listing correctly, orders are not working as expected, how to optimise products etc, please submit a request so we can assist.
- All Support teams and the Integration and Account Management teams work together to resolve any problems.
