This article is about resolving a connection error to Catch marketplace.


  • CatchFeeder requires a connection to your Catch selling account on the Catch marketplace to update products, inventory and orders
  •  To check the connection between CatchFeeder and Catch, go to 'Settings - Catch - General'. Click 'Check Connection'. 
  • Check that the 'Catch API Key' field contains an API key
  • To generate an API key, see Step 2 of this article
