How to Find WooCommerce Product ID's

If you have mapped your Product ID to the Catchfeeder sku field you will need to know how to find your WooCommerce Product IDs

How to find an individual WooCommerce Product ID

  1. In WooCommerce, go to Products and hover over the product you need the ID for. The product ID number will then be displayed. In this example the ID is 19 (this number can be much larger depending on the number of products you have)

How to find all of your WooCommerce Products Product IDs

  1. In WooCommerce, go to Products
  2. Click the Export button
  3. Click the Generate CSV button
  4. Once you have exported the CSV, you can then open it and you will see the Product ID in the first column labeled ID

How to Find WooCommerce Variation ID's

How to find an individual WooCommerce Variation ID

  1. In WooCommerce, go to Products and you will see a list of all your products. 
  2. Click on the product which you want to find the variation id. The individual product editing page will open. 
  3. Click the Variations tab and you will find the variation id's for the product. They have a # in front of the id (see screenshot below)
     

How to find ALL of your WooCommerce Variation ID's

  1. In WooCommerce, go to Products
  2. Click the Export button
  3. Click the Generate CSV button
  4. Once you have exported the CSV, you can then open it and you will see the Variation ID in the first column labeled ID. The word "variation" will be in the column labeled Type next to the corresponding Variation ID.

How to find an individual WooCommerce SKU value

  1. In WooCommerce, go to Products and you will see a list of all your products. 
  2. Click on the product for which you want to find the SKU. The individual product editing page will open. 
  3. The Inventory tab should load and you will find the SKU for the product if it has a SKU. Note that SKU is not a mandatory field in WooCommerce so this may be blank. In the screenshot below the SKU is tshirt
