If you are going on holidays it is advised to temporarily close your Catch Store.

Here's what you need to know to temporarily close your Catch Shop and to pause your Catch Integration in CatchFeeder.


The steps are below, you can also follow this Catch FAQ in the seller portal.



Login to your Catch account > My Account
Navigate to Settings > Enter inclusive time-frames your store will be 'Closed' using the date picker.




Whilst your store is closed, you offers will not visible on the Catch Marketplace (all offers are inactive).
But rest assured, you can still access your store/s and manage existing orders. Also note, the store is still subject to subscription payment and 'Payable' balanced will still be processed as applicable.
In CatchFeeder you can log in and navigate to Settings - Catch - General Page - Integration Status Heading.
Under this heading change your Status to 'Pause'.



After the Holiday Mode timeframe is over you can navigate to the same section and Unpause.
