All products listed on Catch are approved by Catch before they are live and listing on www.catch.com.au.
Once you have chosen categories for your products to list in and have completed set up, go to the Dashboard and click 'Upload to Catch'.
This will send your products up to Catch.
You then need to notify your Account Manager at Catch that you have sent products to Catch for approval and can they please approve or if you do not have an account manager,
Contact Catch Tech Support here and submit a ticket for Request Product Approval
You will see the following notifications in the Dashboard if you have products waiting to be approved:
- Catchfeeder support cannot approve products
- You need to contact your Catch account manager to have products approved
- If you do not have one Contact Catch Tech Support here
- This is a manual process on the Catch side.
